Every order from The Wedding Signery is carefully packaged using protective materials selected specifically for the size, shape, and needs of each individual piece. While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, mirrors and other fragile items can occasionally be damaged during transit.
If your mirror or signage arrives damaged, The Wedding Signery will provide a replacement at no additional cost and will handle the shipping claim on your behalf.
To qualify for a complimentary replacement, damage must be reported within 72 hours of the carrier marking your package as delivered. Please include clear photographs of the damaged item as well as the shipping box and packaging materials so our team can process your replacement as quickly as possible.
Wedding-Week Deliveries
We understand that timing is especially important when your wedding is approaching. If your order arrives damaged during the week of your wedding, we will make every reasonable effort to produce and ship a complimentary replacement using expedited shipping at no additional cost.
In rare circumstances where there is not enough time to manufacture and deliver a replacement before your event, The Wedding Signery reserves the right to issue a refund for the damaged item instead of sending a replacement.
